Our Brokers have trained with the Graduate Realtor Institute, Certified Residential Specialist, Senior Certified Residential Specialist and e-PRO. Created on October 23rd 2007, John J Howard & Associates Real Estate is located in the heart of downtown La Grande, Oregon. Our office has 10 Brokers, who are some of the most experienced, and professional Realtors in Eastern Oregon. We follow market conditions through networking, participating in weekly Multiple Listing Meetings and tours of home. One of our major goals for the company is to strive to be a leader in the use and development of technology. It is no secret that technology is changing the future of Real Estate Marketing. Our office has set a goal to be on the cutting edge in the utilization of this powerful medium. We strive to maintain a user friendly company web site that ranks high in Search Engines. Our realtors maintain blog sites to enhance our marketing plan, and our office window features a flat screen HDTV to display our property listings. We send out just listed cards to the neighborhood and we utilize brochure boxes. Finally, transaction management is an integral part of our job as Realtors.
