Jake not be an employee of local government, but will be paid for his services as an consultant at $60.00 per hour. Jacobs will have an office at the city hall in Baker City and will continue to operate the Baker City’s Small Business Development Center part time for the Blue Mountain College. Jacob’s main mission is requiting new business to Baker City.
