Here is a summary of the market statistics in Union County for the year 2006.  Multi-unit, commercial, building sites, and farm listing information is provided as well.

La Grande

Residential Properties in 2006 - There were a total of 180 residential listings in La Grande. The average list price was $133,145 and the average sell price was $128,740.  The listings averaged 68 days on the market. 

Multi-Units - There were a total of 14 Multi-unit listings.  The average list price was $268,318, the average sell price was $267,696, and 77.8% of the listings closed. The average market time was 59 days. 

Building Sites - A total of 21 building sites were listed during the year, with the average list price at $150,555 and the average sell price at $145, 327.  The listings were on the market for an average of 363 days and 77.8% closed.

Commercial Properties - There were 19 commercial listings on the market for an average of 241 days, and 54.3% of those went to closing. The average list price was $388,847 and the average sell price was $359,995. 

Farm Properties - Only 3 farm’s were listed for sale during 2006. The average list price was $849,333 and the average sale price was $828,333. These listings averaged 321 days on the market and 60% of them closed.

Imbler

The town of Imbler had only one listing during 2006. The list price was $143,500 and sold for $140,500. It was on the market for 9 days.

Union

Union had a toal of 41 residential listings last year.  The average list price was $106,090 and the average sells price of $102,445, with 69.5%of them closing.  The average market time was 68 days. 

There was one multi-unit building listing. The list price was $89,000 and it sold for $80,000.  It was on the market 310 days.There were five building site listings, the with average market time being 677 days and 62.5% of them closing.  The average list price was $51,000 and the average selling price was $46,100. Union had 3 commercial listings.
