VC Shooting Star’s Son of a Gun MH x Bailey’s Little Frieda MH, NA Prize 1 (112), UT Prize 1 (204) Frieda was the German Shorthaired Pointer Club of Idaho Dog of the year in 1999. Star’s liter received the NAVHDA breeders award for natural ability and the rare utility breeders award. Star’s sire and dam have been on the cover of NAVHDA magazine. Star has produced 2 natural ability breeder’s award litters.

Both Shooting Star’s Mad Maxwell and Cecil’s Chelsea were sired by Windrow’s Saddle Tramp
The breeding combines two successful NAVHDA bloodlines. VC Shooting star’s son-of-a-gun and Windrow’s Saddle Tramp are strongly represented in the background of theses puppies. These two dogs are two of the top producers of high quality hunt test titled dogs.
Jazz and Star have wonderful temperaments in addition to their hunting abilities. They are friendly dogs, rarely bark, and are good in the house.
