I use two web sites that are at the top of the Search Engines and I take advantage of other web site marketing enhancements of my listings.

4. Listing will have a lock box with seller approval

Personal Marketing:

1. Listing will be advertised on Channel 3 (coverage of La Grande, Baker & Union)

4. E-mail sent to Realtors, Buyers & interested parties
5. Listing will have a brochure box with flyers
6. Neighborhood post card mailed announcing just listed
7. Broker open tour & John J Howard office tour.
8. Networking your listing with MLS Realtors.

10. Network your listing will Realtors of our Local MLS
